Candy Cane Truffles

Sweet truffles adapted from Vegan Richa. Have some holiday fun making these truffles… don’t forget to share.


  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup soft dates (12 to 15)
  • 1 cup crushed candy cane
  • Maple syrup, milk, or non-dairy milk


  1. Blend the almonds until finely ground.
  2. Add pitted dates and pulse until well combined.
  3. Add 1/2 cup crushed candy cane, mix well.
  4. Optional: add maple syrup, milk, or non-dairy milk to help from balls.
  5. Roll the balls in remaining crushed candy cane.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.

Yields 24-28 truffles
